Research Intrest

Collaboration at the Novum Testamentum Graecum, Editio Critica Maior Evaluation of the New Testament Quotes from the Church Fathers Ps-Athenagoras - De Resurrectione Origenesrezeption bei Gregor von Nyssa: The habilitation project deals with the reception of Origen at Gregor von Nyssa. The focus of interest is the demonstration of the alleged origigenism or antiquism of Gregory, which is expressed in the specific reception or deposition of the theology of the Alexandrian. The research explicitly points out the strong influence of Gregory on Origenean ideas, but occasionally observes a "sharp" demarcation. In view of the disparate views in the literature, the reception of the Alexandrine heritage in the theology of Gregory is to be subjected as a whole to a revaluation.
