Dr. Md. Rezaul Karim is the Assistant Professor of the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering at Daffodil International University. He completed MS in Soil Science (Micronutrient Management in cereals)-2001, Bangladesh Agricultural university, Mymensingh and PhD in Plant Nutrition (Micronutrient management &Biofortificationoffood crop)-2012, China Agricultural University, Beijing, China.His teaching area in Fruits and Vegetable Technology, Environmental Food Technology, Food Preservation and Storage Engineering
