Research Intrest

Dr Julie Wall received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computing and Intelligent Systems from the University of Ulster in 2006 and 2010, respectively. She was a post-doctoral researcher with the Intelligent Systems Research Centre, University of Ulster during 2010/2011 and with the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary, University of London during 2011/2015. Her research interests include the study and development of biologically inspired computational models of auditory related neural circuit, spiking neural networks, machine learning and embedding adaptive behaviours in semi-autonomous avatars. Julie has been with the University of East London as a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science since June 2015.
