Sylvain Haba was born on seventh of October 1963 in Kpoulo (Region N’Zerekore).He got his Admission to Bachelor in 1984, later completed his orientation to school nurses. After that he started his Internship in a medical post at Sèbètèrè Gaoual Prefecture where he went on Remote Training on medical semiology.
