Biography

 DR. FELIX NARKU ENGMANN has received his PhD in Food Science and Engineering, Jiangsu University, China in 2014. Currently, he is working as Senior Lecturer in Kumasi Technical University in Department of Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management. He is a member in Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS), Polytechnic Teachers Association of Ghana (POTAG).
