RESEARCH COMPLETED. 2009: The Determinants of Health Seeking Behavior of Caregivers for children under five in North Kisumu Location, Kenya. Thesis presented for the partial fulfillment of the award of the degree of Master of Community Health and Development (MCHD), Great Lakes University of Kisumu. 1987: Factors affecting Drug Dissolution; an invitro study. Dissertation Presented for the partial fulfillment of the award of the degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) Nairobi University. AWARDS RECEIVED. 1987: Kamala Memorial Gold Medal, for best final year student in the faculty of Medicine, University of Nairobi, 1986/87 academic year. 1987: Upjohn Pharmaceuticals Prize, certificate of merit for best final year student in the Department of Pharmacy, University of Nairobi, 1986/87 academic year. 1987: Gandhi Smarak Nidhi Fund, merit award for best University of Nairobi final year student in faculty of medicine, 1986/87 academic year. 2003: Certificate of recognition by the East African Union as a Christian lay leader.
