Dr. August P. Mueller is a recipient of the SUNY Chancellor's Award for teaching, He was co-director of Binghamton Outdoor Pursuits, a program of credit and non-credit outdoor experiences and served as the Faculty Master of Newing College, a residential community of 5 halls and a dining hall serving 1100 students.
