Biography

Dr. Andrea “Andy” Mann is the Assistant Dean for Clinical Education, Chair of Pediatrics, and Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. She was born in Worcester, MA and moved to the Cleveland area at a young age. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Mt. Holyoke College and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. She completed an internal medicine, pediatrics residency at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio and went into practice with Senders Pediatrics in South Euclid, OH where she served as an attending pediatrician for six years providing well and acute care for children in a progressive outpatient private practice as well as staffing inpatient wards and tending to newborns at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital and University Hospital Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. Dr. Mann also served as an internist and pediatrician with MetroHealth Brooklyn Medical Group in Cleveland, OH from 2003-2008 caring for adult and pediatric patients in a family health clinic, rendering newborn care at MetroHealth Medical Center, and instructing Internal Medicine and Pediatric Residents in outpatient clinical skills. Furthermore, she has been a Seniro Clinical Instructor for Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH since 2003. Dr. Mann enjoys spending time with family and photography with a special interest in sports photography.
