Dr. Ali Mahmoud El Halawany is Working as Professor in Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology. He obtained his Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University. He earned his PhD from Graduate School of Pharmaceutical and Medical Sciences, Toyama University, Toyama, Japan. He is interested in studying the role of phytochemicals in the discovery of valuable solutions for diseases affecting the Egyptian`s health and consequently the economic productivity such as cancer, liver, kidney failure and hepatitis C virus (HCV).
