Douglas Dupler, M.A., teaches environmental studies as well as writing and rhetoric. His interests include the history of environmental movements, sustainability education, and environmental and science communication. With degrees in engineering and cultural studies and graduate work in economics, he has also been a management consultant, systems engineer, and professional writer. He is the editor of Conserving the Environment (Thomson Gale, 2006) and has published articles and book chapters on a range of topics.
