Biography

Dr. Carey has more than 28 years of industry involvement. He has continually demonstrated a commitment to engineering excellence through his dedication, self motivation, and desire to design, develop, and test ATE technology and systems and to teach and mentor the young engineers of tomorrow about the ATE industry. This has been demonstrated through both his contribution to the engineering environment in general and to the Automatic Test community specifically. His continued dedication to the growth and betterment of engineering test is demonstrated in his many positions specifically related to the test community.

Nextel Wireless System Protocol, Cellular Phone Position Location and E911 Protocol.
