Biography

PhD in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham (UK). • Previous research experience at Imperial College London and Durham University (UK) • Research line: The study of structure-function relationship of essential proteins in pathogenic bacteria. With a view to better understand enzymatic processes and infection. The knowledge gained by this research has an impact in fundamental biology and the development of new antibiotics to fight infectious diseases.
