Biography

Ms Constantia Achilleos is a member of D.G Hadjimitsis (Ass. Prof) research team and she got her BSc degree at the National University of Athens in Geology. She continued her MSc studies in Applied Environmental Geology at the Cardiff University. Her thesis involved a risk assessment of a residential road at Cardiff. In 2005 she was employed by a Cypriot private firm named Atlantis consulting Ltd as an environmental consultant. Her duties involved the implementation of reports, field work, mapping using ArcGIS and AutoCAD, consulting in environmental law, etc. During 2008 she was employed as administrate/research officer in Terra Cypria, a local NGO with extensive action in the field of environment. Presently she holds a research fellowship in the Cyprus University of Technology.
