Biography

Christopher G. Goemans is Associate Professor in department of Agriculture and Resource Economics at Colorado State University. He has completed his Ph.D. in Economics from University of Colorado at Boulder (2006). He has done his M.A. Economics, University of Colorado (2000). He is Post¬ Doctoral Research Associate, Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Science, University of Colorado He is Visiting Scholar at Institute for the Study of Competition and Regulation, Victoria University of Wellington.
