Biography

Aimin Chang, researcher of XJIPC, Dr. Graduate Education, advisor of Ph.D. student in microelectronics and solid-state electronics Specialty. Participated in the National Natural Science Foundation Projects, national 8th five-year projects and large-scale instruments research. Undertook the “western light” project “low-b and high resistance NTC thermistor material prepared by microwave sintering”, developed new process of NTC Thermal Sensitive Ceramics . Presided over the project “using microwave sintering to improve the uniformity and ratio of quality products of NTC Thermal Sensitive Ceramics”, which obtained permission for national patent. Undertook the national project “Preparation of Barium Strontium Titanate (Ba0.5 Sr0.5 TiO3) Nanopowder by Microwave-Hydrothermal Synthesis”, put forward new process for preparation of Nanopowder. Published more than 30 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and conferences. Now as vice director of Degree Appraisal Committee of XJIPC, vice director of materials physics and chemistry laboratory, board chairperson of Xinjiang Physical Society, vice director of chapter of Chinese Institute of Electronics and member of China Instrument and Control Society.
