Biography

Dr Bradley Saunders received his B.A. in Modern Languages from Bradford University in 1979. He then completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Wales - which conferred him with official teacher status- in 1982. In 1995 he successfully completed the MSc in Teaching English for Specific Purposes from Aston University. In 1994 he was awarded an MA (Distinction) in Human Resource Management from de Montfort University. After several years working in a University in the UAE, he returned to the UK to study for  his PhD at the Business School, Loughborough University, researching the career experiences of migrant workers in the UK. This was awarded in 2012. During this time in the UK he was also awarded membership of the CMI and Academic Associate membership of the CIPD

Research Intrest

Migrant careers, overeducation and status-related underemployment, and employment discrimination of minorities.
