Biography

Mrs. Johnson has over thirty years of experience as a primary care PA. She has practiced in a variety of settings including family medicine, women’s health and rural health. Prior to her academic appointment at Campbell she was involved in PA education as adjunct faculty at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, VA. In 2014 Mrs. Johnson was appointed Assistant Dean for Interprofessional Education for the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Her duties in this role are complimentary to those she maintains in the PA program. In both positions Johnson is privileged to express her passion for Campbell’s mission to develop health care providers who will offer service and leadership in their chosen professions
