Bekesho Geleta, graduated in Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master’s Degree in Pharmacology. During this degree, he presented plenty of seminars on areas of pharmacology, pathology and toxicology, as well as drug discovery and development. In my studies, He has an excellent record and have graduated top of my class, with a very great distinction. He has been a researcher, laboratory manager and principal investigator at the Traditional and Modern Medicine Research Directorate at the Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI) for the last four years. He has been leading all pharmacological and toxicological research activities conducted in the directorate such as efficacy studies (in vivo animal models and in vitro models) and safety studies (at acute, sub-chronic and chronic stages with hematological, histo-pathological and biochemical assessment). He is also co-supervising MSc students. He has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed international journals. He has also been an invited peer reviewer for many articles in international journals, which has enhanced my ability to interpret and critically appraise scientific literature. He presented numerous research findings at different scientific conferences.
