Biography

Dr. Eldadah received his MD and PhD degrees from Georgetown University School of Medicine, followed by a residency in Internal Medicine at Georgetown University Hospital and a fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology at the NIH Clinical Center with an emphasis on autonomic physiology and neurocardiologic disorders. He has been at the NIA since 2006. Basil Eldadah oversees a portfolio of translational and clinical research in older adults across a variety of areas and mechanisms including palliative care and symptom management.
