Biography

Dr. Anita Butera is an active member of the New York State Bar since 2003. She is admitted to practice in Federal Court in the Southern and Northern Districts of New York and in the 9th Circuit of Appeals in California. She has published extensively in the field of human rights and immigrants’ rights and has worked at the Council on Foreign Relation in New York City and the International Human Rights Law Group in Washington DC.
