Amal Abd El hafez, (Ph.D. in pathology, 2009) is serving as a Lecturer of Pathology at Pathology department, Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University, Egypt. In her M.S.C thesis, she discussed the expression of type 2-matrix metalloproteinase in colonic neoplasms, while in Ph.D thesis she evaluated the diagnostic role of several immunohistochemical markers in ovarian neoplasms. Experienced in pathological and cytological diagnosis and reporting at Gastroenterology Surgical Center-Mansoura University (GEC), Oncology Center-Mansoura University (OCMU) and Mansoura University Childrens Hospital. She has 16 scientific publications both in local and international peer-reviewed and impacted journals and worked as a reviewer in a number of medical journals. Member in Egyptian medical syndicate & Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research (GFMER) from August 2010 till now.
