Biography

Ali Abdallah Fadlallah is a Course Instructor of Media Ethics and Law in the Faculty of Mass Communication and Fine Arts. He has a long history of professional practice in a range of media organisations since 2001, and recently as well the delivery of academic services in a number of higher education institutions. He is an interdisciplinary academic who has contributed in diversified fields in media studies, political sciences, Islamic sciences and international law. He is a proactive participant in cause-related issues on International Humanitarian Law (ICRC), as well as in managing over year seminars on Islamic and Christians dialogues. He is also a member of regional law bodies. These are the Cairo Regional Center for Training and Arbitration, Makkah International Center of Arbitration & Conciliation in Saudi Arabia and the Arab Union for Conciliation and International Commercial Arbitration. He published four books that dealt with legal and political issues ( “Change of Hezbollah Discourse from 1985 to 2001” , “Just War” , “Legal War & Legitimate War” and ''International Relations"). He obtained his PhD degree in Political Sciences from AUB-Lebanon.
