Biography

Alexandros Yeratziotis holds a PhD from the Usability and User Experience research group in the School of Information and Communication Technology at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU), Port Elizabeth, South Africa. He received a B-Tech in Information Technology, majoring in Technical Applications, from the NMMU, Port Elizabeth (South Africa) in 2007. An M-Tech degree was also received from the NMMU in 2009. His research interests focus on Human-Computer Interaction, specialising in the area of Usability Inspection Methods (UIMs). He is interested in developing UIMs that can more effectively measure the usability and user experience of websites that are designed for specific user groups.

Research Intrest

His research activities focus on the development of a UIM that evaluates the design of websites for Deaf users.
