Biography

Graduated in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Padua, with 110/110 points and praise. In 1996 he became a researcher at the Department of Agricultural Biotechnology and since 2002 he is Associate Professor of Food Microbiology at the Department of "Agronomy, Food, Natural Resources and Environment" (DAFNAE). He is president of the Degree in Food Science and Technology. He is a member of the PhD School of Science in Animal Science and Agricultural Producers, in which he has been the Supervisor of 4 Ph.D. students in the last 7 cycles and is a member of the Italian Society of Agro-Food and Environmental Microbiology (SIMTREA), Deputy Director of the Department Of Agricultural Biotechnology from 2009 to 2011 and a member of the Academic Senate widened from 2007 to 2008.
