I got BSc, MSc and PhD degree in Electrical Engineering in 1995, 1998, 2005 form Iran University of science and technology, Amirkabir University of technology (IRAN), and Harbin Institute of Technology (CHINA), respectively. I published about 11 books, 100 conference papers and 50 Journal paper.Also I worked on waste management in nuclear issue and I have about 10 years’ experience in Health Physics and Environmental study.
