Ketut Suastika is a Professor of Medicine at the Udayana University, Denpasar, Indonesia and Chairman of the Indonesian Endocrine Society, Bali Chamber. He is also a Lecturer within the Udayana University’s Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, and a Visiting Professor at Kobe Women University in HyÅgo, Japan. His position now is the President of Udayana University (2013-2017). Hecompleted his MD degree at Udayana University and his General Internist at Airlangga University in East Java, Indonesia. Consultant Endocrinologist was approved by Indonesian Endocrinology Society and Indonesian Internal Medicine Association. Internationally, Dr Suastika completed a short course on Genetic Type 2 Diabetes at Yamaguchi University in the Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan; and observation physician on obesity in Adelaide Royal Hospital, Australia.
